We offer very modern & upscale 1 and 2-BEDROOM SUITES in downtown Toronto, with self-controlling central heating/airconditioning, wireless high-speed-Internet, private phone line, TV/DVD with cable, fully equiped kitchens, bathrooms,  linens & towels and parking on premises.

Downtown Toronto is only 2 miles away - surrounded by many other great places to visit: Casa Loma , Yorkdale shoping mall, Eaton Centre, High-park where you can appreciate the beauty of nature,Corsa Italia Festival (in July), Salsa on St. Clair Festival, Little Italy (on College Street) where you can explore the tastes of Italy and enhance your socializing, The Art Gallery of Toronto, The Royal Ontario Museum, Toronto Islands, Ontario Place, The Rogers Centre, The Theatre District and many more attractions to visit and explore. Public transportation is just minutes away!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations cancelled at least 10 DAYS prior to stay will receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is $2 per day from the booking date until the cancellation date, with a minimum of $45.50 and a maximum of the deposit received. We regret that for cancellations less than 10 DAYS prior to stay, the deposit is non-refundable. Please note the 10 DAYS notice also applies to any reduction in the number of nights you have committed to stay. No refunds or adjustments after arrival. 'No Shows' and early departures are subject to full payment for all nights reserved.

BOOKINGS

A deposit of 20% of the total booking is required, with a minimum of $150 dollars.
